Plans for a multiple tank stand

Can anyone help me with plans for a stand that will hold two tanks? Here's what I was thinking. I have a 450 gal. tank (96x36x30 high). I may also pick up a 60 gal. tank (96x12x12). I would like to mount the 60 gal. (as a display tank) above the main tank and plant mangroves in it. I would also like to put a sump/refugium inside the stand. Any help would be appreciated.

That is probably a better idea than above the tank.
