Plans for my New Tank sump

I thought that a berlin/ ecosystem style would be cool.
Here is plans. Pls ge some advice on how I should change or leave the way its is
the sump 48L X 24W X 18H
the mud area is 26L X 24W
this will be filtering a 120 gal tank
48 X 24 X 24
What do you guys think

youre going to use the ecosystem brand "mud"? it has been shown to have high amounts of aluminum.

My local lfs has been using ecosystem mud for years; with very good results. It is really a good product despite what the haters say

Looks like a good setup, I'm a bigger fan of chaeto for a macro choice, but otherwise things look good. Judging from your choice of two skimmers, I take it the skimmerless experiments didn't turn out so well....

The experiment went fine, but had to break down the tank because I was moving. This time around I figured to take the best of two worlds. I place the skimmer in front of the mud bed so that less organics would be in the water when it reaches the caulerpa. After passing the protein skimmer, the good affects of the mud and caulerpa should revitalize the water after the skimming. I have looking for this chaeto but know one carries it. Any suggestions?
