plant turning white

I added a few plant a couple weeks ago and now my blade plant and another plant have started to turn white. Is this normal ?

that started happening with my halimeda and soft coral, my calcium was low and that seemed to help, but my soft coral has never fully regained its color, so im quite interested myself.

I guess I will have to wait it out. I am sure someone has dealt with this before. PLEASE REPLY.

LFS said it is a lack of strong light,once I add the M.H. light it would grow back.

Well Its bin some time and I see new growth on the plant towards the M.H. lamp, small but still growth.
I think I will buy another lamp to even it out.
