i got me a new rock
but some kind of plant is growing on it the plant looks like a mini flat plant is this
or
a.k.a good or bad

You need to elaborate a good bit on the description(not sure what a mini flat plant looks like), a pic would really help.

flat plant? could be money plant. most plants r ok for a reef tank, as long as they dont grow out of control.

hmmmm... a money plant never herd of it but i will cheack and heres more info it looks spade on a card bunch up together

I would guess based on that description calcerous green algae, but would have to see a picture to know for sure. If thats what it is, its a nice plant doesn't grow out of control, but uses calcium ~ good or bad? Up to you. Personally I like them.
 
Yea what about those plants that they sell on this site how would that look in an aquairum and what benefits does it give the tank ?

with out a picture and or better description its not going to be easy to tell you good, bad, or indifferent. a flat plant growing on a rock can be anything from a macro algae, coraline, or even the start of a coral.
