Personally I love caulerpa. Then again there is always that fear of it "going sexual".
Everything else grows too slowly to be a very good nutrient exporter, or becomes too big to look nice in the main tank.
The shaving brush is a poor nutrient exporter, but it looks neat, and also needs calcium, so it gives you good practice at keeping calcium at the proper levels.
Although Ulva isn't on your list, that would probably be your best choice as to nutrient export, food, decorative, and safe.
