Plastic Plants with SW

Hey excuse my ignorance but im a total noob to this. I have read differnt things differnt places on using plastic plants in a SW tank. What are you guys thoughts on this...can you do it with out harm. thanks

It poses no harm, it's just avioded because of its tacky appearance.

with out daily cleaning most of them will be unrecognizable within a few short days because bacteria will start to colonize on them making them look really really bad.

Oh I see...i read somewhere that the fish would nibble on them and would clog there digestive system.

thats possible to. because alot of them are realistic looking now and the fish will see it as a source of food. I havent heard of it happening but I am sure that it can.
