play sand

For to bottom of my fish tank I have crushed coral... Now I want to switch to the sand. What sand would work the best? My Home Depot doesn't have any of the Southdown or the Yard Right... Would Just premium play sand cut it or does it need to be tropical?

The sand needs to be araganite, lfs stores carry it or there are places on the web that sell it. Also it seems to be a seasonal stock item for the HDs so if you can wait they might stock it in the spring.

would it hurt my fish tank and fish in it any to wait?
