I was reading the description for the PS3 and it says that it can connect to the internet wirelessly through bluetooth. To my knowledge there isnt any router that is exquiped with bluetooth. Does it really mean Wi-Fi? Or maybe there is an adaptor or something that I can get to get the PS3 online wirelessly....

I'm not sure about the PS3 in particular, but you can have a BlueTooth PAN - where 1 laptop has an internet connection and then can "share" that connection with another laptop over BlueTooth.
Or you can connect your laptop to your phone via Bluetooth and the laptop can use the HSDPA/3G/GSM connection of your phone.
I'm not really sure if the PS3 can do that or not, but if it could, it would connect something like that.

you can use a bluetooth ear piece for a cell phone to be able to communicate with other gamers... instead of buying the headset...
