I am assdembling my 125 with two built in mega overflows from all glass aquariums. Everything is correct but the return pipe that is suppose to be prss fit into the 3/4 inch bulkhead is super loose. I am afraid that when the return pump puts water through there that it will push the return line right out of the bulk head. Anyone know??

If I'm not mistaken, there are no threads on that connection, the teflon might not hold. I understand your concern about permanetly bonding the two pieces. Just use enough to keep it in place. You should be able to free the pieces later if needed. I would not use anything like pvc glue. that stuffs for life.

Silicone glue. Is that the stuff you buy at a hardware store that you put in your cauk gun?

Dunno, but if it were me, I'd add a bead of aquarium silicone and press it into place. Make sure you get aquarium safe stuff... home depot has some specifically marked for aquarium use.
