My tank has been taken over by red algae big time. I notice that my PH level is 7.2 but I dont know if that is a problem. Ive used phosguard, Calcium. When I do a water change it doesnt help the problem.
The Red algae is covering up the green hair algae. Here is what it looks like please help

Post up water paramerters? What do you mean
My nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, salinity are where they need to be

For a tank that young it sounds like it's right on track. The only thing I can say to help is to do a once to weeks water change using RO water only no tap water. And get a good clean up crew.

I plan on getting the clean up crew but what is RO water?

Most Local Fish store's sell RO (reverse Osmosis) water for around 40 to 50 cents a gallon or you can buy a RO filter and make your own water at your home. RO water has NO PHOSPHATE'S or NITRATES. Tap water is full of them and the natural spring water machine's outside grocery store's even they have phosphate's in the water.
