please help, clown with bubble eye!

i read in the disease section with the photos of bubble eye, but it doesnt say how to help heal the fish. it says its dueto stress,infection, injury and with my guy i believe it may be stress since i added him just this saturday.
anyone deal with this before, my lfs is closed for the holiday and isnt open until wed.
all help/suggestions are welcome

is he in a tank with all the other fish? If yes move him into a QT tank that may help alieviate some of the stress.

Popeye is easily cured with prestine water parameters and a healthy diet. He could have scraped his eye on the net if he is new. It happens often.
