Please help...How to remove Bioballs

I have a FO 125 gallon tank with 125 lr, 2" ls, ps and w/d filter. The tank has been cycled for 8 months. Nitrate is high and I heard removing BioBalls will help reduce Nitrate. I understand there are steps to remove BioBalls. I'd appreciate if someone could tell me how or what web site to get this info.

don't take all of them out at the same time. while your water circulation is temperarily off, take a little amount out each time. I did my each day in a period of one week, and didn't have any problem. I was taught using this method by few experts on this site. As long you have enough live rock and dsb, and not overfeeding, your nitrate will drastically reduced. hope it helps.
