please help is this to much lighting for my lps and softy?

Currently i have a 20 long with lots of lps and softy i am running a nova extreme t5 ho 2x39 watt i want to get another nova extreme t5 ho 2x39 watt and run for ten hours a day. Would it to much lighting if i just left the actinic blue on for another 14 hours. DO coral need light to be completely off in between?

natural light cycle that is far too much light run your lights maybe 8 hrs aday. use the actinic only for a few hrs to simulate dawn turn on whites for 5 hrs and actinics only for another 2 hrs to simulate dusk. I dont run actinics and use 14000k MH. I run my lights 7 hrs a day. you will have a ton of algea issues otherwise.
