Please help, Live Rock

I just set up a 6g nano. I added about 10 pounds of awesome nano live rock. The live rock looked great the first 24 hours and then it started to get a white mucus like stuff covering some of the rocks. It seems to be speading quickly and is completely covering some rocks. It looks like a heavy cob web. I don't think this is normal and have no idea what it is. I'm 1.023, about 80-82 degrees. Any ideas?

was the rock cured? If not, its probably die off from shipping.

The rock was fully cured. I'm not sure really what to do. If it is dying will it return eventually? Thanks.

yeah, it things are dying on the rock, it will eventually straighten up. But im not sure thats whats going on with yours, but thats what it sounds like

Thanks for the info. My buddy thats been into the hobby for fifteen years hasn't experienced this before. The online company that I ordered it from is open tomorrow so I will give them a call. I guess its part of the fun.
