Please help me how-to build a 29g sump!

Hello all, I am planning to build a SUMP for my 58g reef tang. Right now I have a wet/dry filter with the bio-ball. I have 29g standard tank (30x18x12 I think) that I would like to use to build my sump. But I would like to get some help from you guy here so please post your 29g sump design or give me some ideas like:
What baffle material to use?
What space and height of the baffles?
What kind of glue or silicone to use?
I will put ASM G1 skimmer, RIO+ 2500 pump, DBS with Chaeto into the sump.

I have the same issue, I have a 40 gallon tank to use as a sump for 139 gallon tank and need to know too

Well I want to warn you that I am just as large of a rookie that you can possibly be. With that said I turned to Youtube and found this link to Limpitsreef.
Its a DYI sump and its the design I went with. Keep in mind there are 2 parts and he also has other cool videos.
