Please help me identify these and let me know if they are bad.

I just got some new live rock and these 3 things were on it. I am pretty sure one of them is bad for the inverts. I am looking to identify the two with the question marks. The circled one is the one that I am worried about. I am not sure, but I think it is an Aiptasia. If it is, how do I get rid of it?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

the bottom one definatley looks like aiptasia. its hard to tell because your picture is focusing on the tube worm in the background.
