I would like to ask some expert advice about these four things for my tank. My tank is a 10 gal and has been up and running for 6 months now. I have 10lbs of live rock and adding more. My corals are mushrooms at the moment.
Flame Scallop - Lima Scabra
Black Brittle Star - Ophiocoma sp.
Black Spiny Urchin - Arbucia sp.
Pumping Xenia - Anthelia sp.
I would like to know if any of these are easy to keep?

Flame scallop=even most expert hobbyists cannot keep these alive for very long.
Black brittle star=will get very large, and unless spot fed several times a week, will most likely starve in that small tank.
Black spiny urchin=again,a 10 gallon tank is not going to have enough to support it's diet, and it will most likely lose it's spines, and die.
Xenia=needs proper lighting, and can quickly grow over everything in the tank.

Thank you so much for your advice. Muchly appreciated
I still might try some xenia as our LFS would gladly tank any extra that I would get.
Today I lost my hi finned red banded goby :nope: He was not looking so good the past few days. I was spot feeding him but he would not eat. The other fish, corals and water tests just fine. The problem with the LFS is that you don't know how long they have had them for in the store and how old they are when they arrive there too.
Well I enjoyed him for the 3 months that I did have him. No plans to replace him as I would like to have more live rock and corals. I currently have 1 tomato clown and 1 green chromis that are just comical together

They are our entertainment in the evenings as they both try and get into the one piece of mojano I have.
Thanks again

I have had three flame scallops. Two died quickly but one has been doing well for about four months now. Keep in mind my tank is very established with lots of stuff for him to filter feed. I also supplement with Black powder and Marine Snow or some other types of phytoplankton. I am not sure about the spiny urchin but my pencil urchin nearly destroyed my Pom Poms. I would watch him closely. I feed my brittle star fish silver sides when they look a little skinny. Good Luck
