Please help. My Angel is dying. Can I use a sump as a QT?

Hi. I have a 46 gal tank w/ 45 lbs LR.
Levels:
ammon-0
trates-25
trites- ? my kit ran out
SG-1.027
temp-81.2
PH-8.2
I have 5 peaceful fish, the last one I added was a flame angel which was 1 month ago. Everyone was doing fine until 2 days ago (Tues).
Tuesday night I purchased a Sally lightfoot and some live brine. While acclimating the SLF, i fed my tank some brine. Everyone ate some, except the flame. I'm not sure if he wasn't interested, or if he was already sick. (I've never fed my Flame Live brine, so IDK if he even likes it)
After adding the SLF, I fed him a peace of silverside. I soon turned out the lights. The next morning (yesterday) the Flame was lethargic. I watched him swim passed a PH and get pinned up against the rock. I turned the PH off and he was able to swim away.
I did a 5 gal WC w/ water I already had mixing.
At night he seemed to be doing better, but today he's not. I turned on my lights and he came out only for a minute and that's it. He's been hiding in the rocks for hours. I see his tail moving, but he won't come out.
My SLF doesn't seem aggressive at all. He only occasionally bothers my Blood shrimp (who's pretty big) but only when he get's too close. The SLF is pretty small, and I don't see how his pinchers could do any serious damage to the biggest fish in my tank. Also, I did feed him about 1/3 of sliverside, so I don't see how hungry he could have been. I didn't see any tears/rips/bruises on my Flame.
What do you suppose I do?
Is it possible to put my Flame into my small fuge (8H X 10L X 10W) and use it as a QT? I don't know if it'll cause more stress than good.
Or maybe just throw the SLF in there (it's gonna be PITA to get it out though).
Thanks for the help.

I haven't seen either of my 2 emerald crabs either lately, but that's not too uncommon. But MAYBE the SLF is slighty more aggressive than he seems and he killed the crabs.
The may be hiding, or may have died for the same reason my Flame is sick, or the SLF might have gotten to them. Either way, I don't THINK the SLF is big enough to hurt my flame that bad.

No. Quarantine is a place where a fish can be put in and treated with medications or the salinity can be dropped to get rid of Ich. It can also be a place for new fish to be put in to be acclimated to the new system and to be monitored for diseases.
If you need to put a fish in "time out" and possibly stress them out, then you can. But, then again, to make an agressive fish less territorial, you can rearrange the rock work in the display tank.

Yea... i guess QT wasn't the right term. But I wasn't trying to put him in a time out. I was trying to put him in a peaceful place where he won't have to worry about anything else bothering him.
But, it may just stress him out further by moving him from one place to another, along with the fact that the fuge is real small.
I'm not sure if t would be good or bad.
The only thing that may be aggressive is the SLF, which is a new addition so moving the rock won't do much.
Any suggestions though?

I am very sorry to hear about your angelfish not doing well.

I would lower my s/g. because 1.027 is on the high side imo. I would not exceed 1.025, and most people run more around 1.022 or 1.023. I run 1.023 to 1.025 to more closely mimic the ocean salinity. I don't know if this was a factor or not, but that is too high. Good luck with your angel and I hope he gets better!

Thanks for the advice. I thought it was in a good range, but I now realized that my SG was high. I definitly lower it gradually.
And by the way, I already lost him. Thanks though
