PLEASE HELP!!!! Parasite??? thing???

I just found this thing on my goby....it is stuck to his lower fin and it seems like some sort of external parasite. Anyone know what it is??????? I need to know right away if its harmful to him....and anyone know of a good way to remove it????? HELP!!!

Cirolanid Isopod. Bloodsucking parasite. Better read up on them. I am not sure how you get rid of them but I think they are hard to get rid of.
