!!PLEASE HELP !! Red Sea Imperator

Hello Everyone
Today I noticed my IMPERATOR ANGEL has a small cut on the lower left side (it is in the middle lower bottom of his body)like something is eating him from the inside, It looks bad it is about 4mm in length/1mm wide and I can see inside. He also started to get small white circle blotches about the size of a dime. I do not have a hospital tank. Is there anything I can do to help him. I was thinking of using Hydrogen peroxide on the cut with a Q-tip. He was eating fine before this happen, he has not eaten today. The only thing I noticed in my tank was it had an algae bloom (cyna)about 2 weeks ago.
My tank is 125gallon.....I have tested the water in my tank everything is perfect.
My stock consist of:
* Sm Red Sea purple Tang
* 2 SM Sebae clowns
* 1 Sm Red Sea Naso Tang
* 1 purple firefish
* 2 sm yellow belly damsel ( gregory)
* 1 sand sifting starfish
* 1 blue linkia starfish
* 150 turbo snails
* 100 Mexican red hermit crabs
* 1 emerald crab
* 1 horse shoe crab
* 1 Maroon clown fish
* 1 Pakistan Butterfly
* 1 Copperband butterfly
* 1 True Perc clown
* 1 Neon Dottyback
* 180 pounds of live rock
* 4 inches of live sand

I bought the fish from my LFS....I have had the Imperator for 3 weeks......He was eating....How do I get him to eat food soaked in selcon & vitamins? Can I use Isodine or Hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol on his cut? I just installed a grounding probe hoping that might work and I just went to my local grocery store to buy some dried seaweed that they use for suchi...I placed the seaweed in my tank in between 2 rocks. Some one recomended a freshwater Dip for 20 min. Do u guys think that is safe? I am going to walmart right now to buy some stress coat. The cost of the fish does not bother me ( can not place $$$ over life ). I just want to save him.

The cut started turning white( outside) and red on the inside this morning. I bought a hang on filter(AQUA300made for 60 gallon) last night to help with the water quality and some strees coat. That is my Third filter.I also have a TF110 protein skimmer and 360 watts of light 4 actinic03 and 4 10,000K and 2 20 watt 50/50.The white patches are there all the time. The patches look like when somone smears a painting with clorox and then it turns white. I have no clue of what it can be.

The Imperator began eating today...I soaked his food in selcon and Garlic for 5 min. The cut does not seem to be getiing any better.....My red sea purple tang developed The same spots the imperator has. Now I have 2 fish with spots The imperator spots seem to be disapearning and my purple tang has 2 spots they are the size of a dime. Doeas anyone know what this is? I think it might be some bacterial infection. What can I do with out adding medication to the tank. I tested the water today...everything was perfect except my Ph it was at 8.6 Could the PH cuase this? The only addative that I add to my tasnks is SEACHEM reefbuffer once a week and SEACHEM calcium and SEACHEM complete. I tested my local water the PH was 7.0 I use to top off my tank ( yes I add dechol, streescoat, and let it sit for 24 hours) Please does anyone have any more IDEAS??? Please reply ASAP, cuase today is my day off...and I am trying to figure out what to do. People were telling me in the BB that my tank was over stocked ( I disagree with that ) I tested the oxygen in my tank came out perfect also. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE
