research Research RESEARCH. When starting something like a SW tank you need to research it alot before getting to far into it or it will just cost you lots of time and money. Make sure your tank is cycled then go slow, like a fish of two. Don't rush it, its not worth it.

sounds like we got an impulsive buyer. you need lights way before you buy coral and anemones. live rock in the tank would help. let the tank cycle first, throw in a few damsels and when a couple are floating you'll know the cycle is complete then take your time from there, your lfs will sell you stuff all day long, what do they care. this is an expensive hobby and at the rate your going your not gonna last long. then you'll be one of those people "saltwater is too hard". TAKE YOUR TIME! read up on this stuff before you go droppin loot.

That isn't very good advice. The best way to cycle a tank is with LR, or a piece of cocktail shrimp. There is no reason to cycle a tank with damsels, and even if they make it, you'll be pissed that you added them in the first place.
I do agree with you that these were purchases made on an impulse. I don't mean to be rude to the OP, but you need to return your livestock and get everything up and running before you consider fish or coral. Anemones are also very difficult to keep, and are not suitable for beginners.
