How much/often are you feeding the tank? Have you recently put in any additives? Have you tested phosphates? Is it a green kind of cloudy? Or milky? Could be an algae bloom...
Sorry for the questions, but the answers help the resolution...

Did you use and additives recently? or maybe have a fish loss?
If you had a fish loss, you might have had a nitrite spike that caused an algae bloom of some type. They happen very suddenly when changes in water conditions occur. The nitrites may have lowered themselves ( the bacteria caught up with them).
Could also be a problem with alkalinity and calcium. If you have an imbalance, the calcium can precipatate out and make the water look cloudy. Probably not the case unless you've used an additive for alkalinity, pH or calcium recently.

nyc I noticed you have a 180 with 70lbs of rock do you have bioballs in your sump or any other filter media to help with the stock you have in your tank ???

Cloudy water and red algae(cyano?). Could possibly be a bacterial bloom. How much and how often do you feed all those fish? And what are the nitrate readings? High dissolved organic compounds could cause the yellowing of the water. Try running some fresh carbon and doing another water change and cut back on the feeding.

Finland pretty much said it, it does sound like it is water quality, even though the water is supposedly acceptable, but the only acceptable level is 0 for nitrite and ammonia.
I really hope this is not the post that is getting all the guff about noone replying. If so, then we need to learn one more thing before we go any farther in this hobby, b/c the patience factor is way too lightA(a little over a half hour wiht no response is nothing)

I would get my hands on an outside filter and pack it with carbon and run that for 48 hours or so. You can also get the Vortex filter which polishes your water until it super clear and does not affect the fish .
