So I noticed this pinkish almost like a small anemone growing on a piece of live rock. I am thinking that it is aiptasia but I am not for sure. I know the pics are a little blurry but any help identifying it would be great. Also if it is aiptasia, should I get rid of it. If so, what is the best/recommended methods. Thanks in advance.

Aiptasia anemone
Aiptasia-X works great.
You might want to try boiling water in a syringe and injecting it right into the mouth (center), that usually kills them

I'd say aiptasia too. I'd say even if it's not, not worth the risk of aiptasia spreading. Take it out early =).
I'd just search aiptasia on the forums and see what comes up, looks like most people have the best luck injecting them with saline or whatnot. Also people use peppermint shrimp with mixed results I think.
I've seen tanks run over by those things really fast so just get rid of it carefully and quickly =).

Why cant you people just grow up ? Meowzer makes a simple comment that my juice did it for her and it gets BLOWN way out of proportion. The good lady being from a cold weather state has never enjoyed fresh squeezed juice. I felt it was my civic duty to provide her with the opportunity to partake in the squeezing process and reap the rewards of said squeezing. I am personally extremely happy that IT did It for her. She was I must say an enthusiastic student

Lois my dear it is not my fault if you have a insatiable thirst, that being said I will research the hazards of getting to much juice. IMO it will not kill you. I will admit it may make for a sticky situation
