Please help with sumpfugium

I am going to buy the acrylic to build my sumpfugium today and i have a lot of questions. How many pieces of acrylic will it take to make the sumpfiguim. I have a CPR Bak Pak 2 that the powerhead probblly wont reach the water level so what should i do about that. Also should i put up a piece of acrylic to seperate the sump and the refugium? Do i need holes in the divider so water can flow through it? Should the water return be on the fuge side? Can you people please post your sumpfugium plans or pictures?

Fishfeak, you have to check this sight out! The guy is readily available for email questions and I just got done making a overflow from this sight.
Acrylic is cheap. I bought a scrap piece locally 3' X 3.5' for $10. It was scrap so that was probably why. A 4' X 8' 1/8" thick piece was only $40!
Just make sure you use acrylic, not plexiglass with the weld-on products.

Here is my Refugium which is a 20 gallon that is partitioned into 3 sections. I pull water out of my main tank with a Lifereef Slimline overflow and I pump water back to my main tank with a Mag 7 pump.
