HEY! THEY ARE BASICDALLY THE SAME THING-AN ACTINIC LITE- I WOULD BUY THE FIRST ONE CAUSE ITS A LITTLE CHEAPER, DIDNT IT SAY IT WAS ON SALE? OH WELL. LIKE I SAID- NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE
