Please ID: Aiptasia anemone?

Looks like an aiptasia to me. Little glass anemones. Can't cut em' out or else the tentacles will float off and create new anemones.
Best killed with joes juice, vinegar, boiling water or Aiptasia X. Also, a thick solution of limewater will do the trick. Also - Peppermint shrimp can do the trick, but I forgot if it's atlantic or carribean peppermints that work the best.

it is the atlantic pepermint shrimp.
Here i can go and collect them by the hundreds and they do the trick for me.

dont kill it put it in your refugium...it has a purpose or it wouldnt exist. study them
