i guess its a Resplendent Anthias or i might be wrong? if this its it i answer my own question. i been searching this for a long time. thank you .

Are there more than one kind of anthias in your tank?I agree,most of the pics looks like you have resplendents.Look at a Randalli too,looks like a respendent but more reddish.

Just so you know. There happens to be around 140 different valid species in the Subfamily known as Anthiinae. Of course many can be easily ID and many are so simular and can look different due to age, gender, lighting, mood, ect. that its nearly impossible to ID without takeing them to the lab.
If you really want to get a true ID here, you need to post a much better photo of the fish in question then you have. I know that that can be difficult to do. But without one, your going to get just what your getting. Many different suggestions. Good luck with the camera.

Good. I had an issue with a bad batch of bulbs and lost a few corals. My xenia all but disappered ( not sure if that was the lamps or the nature of that beast ) and most of my hammers.
Got some new bulbs and things are getting better.
Such is the hobby.
