Please ID worm???

These two worm looking things are growing out of my LR and down into the sand, it looks like at the tip of one of them there might be two very small antenna's?

If they have hundreds of little leg like things like a centipede, they could be bristleworms. If not, they could be peanut worms.

They dont have legs... If it is a peanut worm, should I get rid of them?

Bristles you do need to worry! Only if you have fish that will pick at them. If those spines get attached to a fish.......OUCH!
