Can anyone ID these little critters, thet don't seem to be doing any harm. If anyone can ID it would be appreciated, just like to know if these things are friend or foe.

No, I dont think so. Copepods and Isopods are little critters, these look like tunicates of some sort.

Not sure about the first pic, but the white spots in the second pic look like q-tip sponges.
