please identify this RED ANEMONE

It looks like a small long-tentacle or sebae anemone that has been dyed to look like a rose anemone.

Not positive on that but, shops do attempt that kind of thing from time to time to offer a "rare" specimen for more cashola.

yes dan this is a jack hannaha red bellied sap sucking 96 watt anemone that comes from the abyiss of guatmala; i set the lights tonight and did some placment on the lr sorry i didnt get ur page till later it was in my car by accident tomorrow (sunday) were setting it up even more i rearanged my scedule so we have no interuptions by the way my lights are so bright i got tanner in my room tonight .

I don't know what kind of anemone it is, but do know red anemones do exist, but are very rare. I've only seen two in all the places I have been diving, one was on a wreck in Truk Lagoon, the other was in the Red Sea, both were very large.
I did take a couple of pictures of the one in the Red Sea, will try to find them and post them for you.
