The first one looks like aiptasia. Get some Joe's juice or peppermint shrimp to get rid of them.

I agree. Joe's Juice works on both, just make sure that you don't poke them first. They'll close & Joe's Juice doesn't work as well that way

I am not sure the second one is a majano, I have one on a LR that I purchased and it isnt multiplying like the majano anemone's that I have isolated in my fish only tank on a LR which do not have the green tip that you show here. They are a deep maroon color but have the same tips buble type tips. The majano's dont mulitiply like the apatia but will sting and kill corals if they come in contact with them, and they will become out of control if you overfeed your tank.
