Hello... I am in some desperate need of quick advice... my 75 sump overflowed... (somehow??) I don't want the bio filter balls to die...I have them submerged in water from the tank right now (Is this right to keep them okay?)If I cannot obtain a wet dry tonight to replace this amiracle can I use a Tidepool and just use the bioballs in it for now ?? I'll have more ???

You should be able to keep them emersed into the tank water and should be fine. Be sure that it stays a correct temp and doesn't get real cold overnite.
Anyone else?

If you have a clean rubbermaid container large enough, just put it under the tank, put your return pump in it, run your return back up to your tank, run the overflow hose/piping back to the make shift sump, put in your heater and toss your bioballs back into this sump. Use this until you figure out the status of your wet/dry, and why it overflowed.
You didn't mention if you had any fish or inverts ? That would be my first concern.
