Please, some advice for my Flame Angle!

Just wondering if anyone may know what the problem with my flame angle may be b/c I haven't heard anything from my last post!

Ick as a cause of Popeye? I haven't read that before. I made the mistake of buying Angels too early in the cycle of my tank and all three died the same way (including a very expensive Goldflake Angel, all bought at different times). Within a few days to 2 weeks all three developed Popeye of one eye then subsequently both eyes. They eventually developed fin rot before they died. Nothing else on them that looked like Ick and no other fish effected. Seemed unique to the Angels. Tried antibiotics in the tank to no avail. Waited a few monthes before buying a Majestic which has done fine. Also bought a UV sterilizer recently.
