Pls help determine if my lights are moderate or low level

Hi,
I'm looking into getting corals soon. I've read that you can't always follow the watts per gallon rule because the depth of your tank obviously effects the brightness of the lights. I know I can't keep things with high lighting needs, but what about moderate?
I have a standard 29 gallon (not a cube). I have 130 watts PC lighting (dual bulbs).
Thanks for any guidance!

Thanks for your help. I intend someday to upgrade my lights, but it is nice to know I'll be able to keep a variety of corals until then.

zoas, shrooms, softies and lps should do fine if ur water parameters r ok. Its all about coral placement too.

Ok, thanks! Here's something that seems impossible to me. How do you make all the corals in your tank happy with the right amount of current? I have one hairy mushroom and he folds over when I move a PH ever so slightly....

corals dont like direct flow. with any flow adjustment, it will take time for corals to get used it.
