I dont have a problem with bubbles coming from the overflow cause my skimmer sucks them up which im not sure is good for the pump but no bubbles get passed the baffles. Ima try and use the drainline to feed fuge.

I still don't think you're flowing that much. I ran a mag24 on my 180 and it did nothing after going through the bends. I'd guess you have 10ft minimum of head. Mags aren't pressure pumps IMO.
Your overflow should have no problem keeping up with the pump.

It's easy enough to measure and confirm "actual" flow by timing how long it takes to fill a bucket from the drain line...and doing the math...

You do have a lot of good advise in here, one thing I would highly suggest is shortening the third baffles, I will attach pic of how I set mine up to give you an idea. You really dont want the water falling down that far, it will reintroduce bubbles back into the system.
PS just ignore the red circles it was for someone else asking about the tunze setup.

Lol well I really cant because most of its hidden behind the tank so im not able to get a pic. but I will include a simple drawing of the entire setup. I didn't bother to add the scwd setup to make the drawing easier to understand. Any questions please let me know.
