plumbing overflows into sump

I am planning on making my sump have a fuge and sump with the two overflows falling into seperate sections.
I am hoping to plumb it so that a smaller amount is going into the fuge.
I am not overly familiar with pvc so I'm having difficulty picturing this in my head.
Any pictures or ideas would be great.

I just built a Sump/Fuge recently using some great info from this site. I know there are some great threads about this on here already. There are some really good drawings that helped me figure some things out b4 I built. Just do a search for sump/fuge ect..
As far as plumbing you can use ball valves to control the flow from the overflow. I send most of mine to the skimmer section and use the ball valve to only send a small amount to the refuge. I also ran my return pump back into the fuge since the pump is 700gph and the overflow is 600gph.
