Plumbing question....

Just getting started and I am about ready to put together all my plumbing. My concern is, is it OK to use Plumbers glue to attach all the PVC parts from the sump to the overflow? Not sure if that will cause problems to the fish later on. What glue do I use?

I am assuming when you say plumbers glue you are referring to the glue for PVC pipe. If so then yes you are good to go. Obviously just make sure it is dry before you put it into service.

I used teflon tape and Gorrila Glue..looks foamy and weird but ehh..its under the tank in the overflows so you cant see it..

Yes the regular PVC cement will work fine make sure you get a good seal twist the pipe to make sure it seals all the way around the joint
