So I have a leak in an obvious place. It just looks wrong.

Can anyone tell me how I should connect these? 1st time plumbing with a drill tank and sump.

Its the return line and Its a 3/4” Bulkhead ABS Thread x Slip with a 3/4" Pipe Adapter Spigot x Barb

Thanks!

Depends on what is leaking.
If it is the hose just buy a hose clamp. If it is the connector you can try Teflon tape.
I prefer rigid PVC PIPE.

Oh man, I am having a similar issue right now! That stupid pipe started to flood my bathroom and I got no idea how to stop it! Taking into consideration the fact that I am ... really bad at doing things by myself, and especially at plumbing! I really hate plumbing actually! The last time I actually tried to fix a freaking pipe, I messed up so freaking much, the whole apartment was flooded! I had to call for the guys from Unblocking Service in Etterbeek, as only they could have helped me, I am really thankful to them.
