PLZ Help Identify Mystery Algae

Howdy,
I'm new to this forum. I've got a 46 gallon take that I've had for about a month now that I took over for a friend that had it for a couple of years. So I'm still pretty new to saltwater scene...
I've got a couple different types of algae growing in my tank that I can't identify. I'd just like to know so I can take steps to reduce any of this if I learn it's harmful.
The below picture is of a plant-like thing that's growing from some of my live rock. Sorry it's blurry. Any one know what this is?

This second picture (below) is more of a concern to me. It's all over my live rock in many places. It looks like a blackish/purplish felt covering the rock in places.

My last question is about an algae that's growing on the glass in my tank. I think it might be green hair algae... It looks like a bunch of tiny little green arm hairs growing on the inside of the tank. I can't take pictures of it. It's too tiny.
Any tips are much appreciated!

Now that I have a name, looking at pictures of it online I can tell that that's definitely it.
Thanks,
Bobby
Any ideas on the second one?
Edit: I've had a look around at some sites, and I think it's cyanobacteria...

looks like cyano bacteria. A nuisance "algae" caused by high phosphates, poor water circulation, or over feeding.
