plzz help - seeding question

i have a artificial reef with rough surface like real live rock. would i be able to seed it? or will it be able to become artificial live rock? if so, how should i do this?

start to slowly add cured live rock to the structure, it will eventually colonize the other rock you have

but like how do i do this? do i cruch it up and mix it with the sand? or just put little clumps of rocks laying on the sand bed?

What is the "artificial reef" made of? There are many materials that aren't porous enough to support the aerobic & anaerobic bacteria, like LR (or limestone) does.
