i saw a pod on some live rock that my zoos were on a little over a week ago and now i have over 200 little white things are these baby pods or what

more than likely they are, kinda sounds like it. they will reproduce alot if you dont have any kind of fish that will eat them.

what kindsa fish like to eat them and the thing that i saw i saw again this mornin and it has grown and it kinda reminds me of a really small centipede type thing

All kinds of fish will eat them, they are a natural food for them.

You can consider a Mandarin Dragonet. However, be aware that he could completely deplete your tank of pods and thus starve to death too.

I'd only recommend a mandarin if you want one if you have 100+ lbs of LR and the tank has been setup for at least 6 months to let the pods grow.
