I don't think they would do well in water that low. Most inverts want at least 1.023 or higher. My tank is 1.026 and my pods do well. My mandarin goby never runs out of food.

Yeah, they'll die off. This is one of the reasons that most people are against doing hypo in a DT, even if you take out all the rock and coral... pods and worms will all die off.
