This is the second time, but man, he really got me (or i got him?) i was cleaning the tank and bumped into him. I think he gave me a tattoo because though there is no spine in me (urchin spine :) it leaves a sorta ink like spot where he impales me. I put rubbing alcohol on it and some vinager. Don't really got to pee soooo.... I have a black dot with bee like sting raised area around it... Should i do anything else? Drink a beer?

drink a beer and watch for normal allergic reaction signs like hives and swelling take a benadryl if you are a little nervious i was in the emergency room for multiple (~10) spider bites and that was the 1st thing they gave me

Well if you didn't have an allergic reaction the last I wouldn't worry. I used to get nailed at least once a month when I worked at a distributor. I reached into a to get my net out of 50 breeder with 200 of them in it and got a spine under my fingernail once.

I scrapped my finger on a puple urchin once while cleaning the tank. It just looked like a paper cut--stung a little bit and got a little puffy. I was wearing shorts however and didn't realize that I touched my finger on my leg before I washed my hand, then my legs rubbed together when I walked. Both of my legs became bright red and very swollen. Man, that was miserable. Stayed like that for a couple of days. Not a good idea!
