I am using poly filters to take the remaining copper out of my tank. The first poly filter I put in turned blue in about a day so i removed it and replaced it with a new one. This time instead of placing the poly filter on top of the regualar filter pad I placed it below the regualar filter pad to prevent it from dirtying quickly with the large particles. The poly filter hasnt changed at all and it has been in for 2 days now. The copper is still slightly detectable in the tank. I used CopperSafe.
