POM POM CRABS, put your pics and info here!!!!

So I finally got my POMS WOOOHOOOO!!!!

Pretty awesome I am really excited, they hid after being in the tank for only 10 seconds though. One is bigger then the other and seems to have pinkish poms and a more yellow shell color. Not sure on --- for either of them so we'll see if there is a VALgae nightmare... hopefully there won't be.

crabs will kill anything if given the opportunity, including other crabs. even hermits will kill. crabs will do a number on shrimp. most crabs are not reef safe (even hermits are not) but i heard porcelain crabs are. i dunno much about the pom poms though.

Well last night while acclimating a star I noticed my poms getting it on. I know they were getting it on cause either they got spooked or were done and scuttled away one of which did something really interesting. You know how they have the little yellow circle on their underbelly one of the poms had it open like a hatch door and when they seperated it closed. I would love to see my tank get overrun by poms but its not going to happen they will for sure get eaten. I'll be looking out for the eggs though. Its sooo cool. Man I love this hobby
