pond?

if i were to make a pond for sharks could i just use like a trap or that pond tarp things for and inground tank so i can make it to the shape that is best for there swimming area?

I would suggest going with the pond liner and not a common tarp. The liner will hold up better to saltwater and is most unlikely to leach anything into the water. If the pond is going outside, make sure you have the ability to keep the temp fairly constant and can keep everything out of it, ie lawn debris, kids, neighborhood animals.
