I think I would PraziPro the lot, because of the little guy not eating. Then when he started eaten (crosses fingers), I would start on some of the Medicated Fish Food. They both contain Praziquantel, so you can use it at the same time. That's what I would do. The fish food has other ingredients as well, like metro, which is a great gut med.
Leave your tank at 1.020 for now. I'm not sure if hypo is contraindicated with PraziPro or not.
