I just noticed that my coral beauty has serious pop-eye going on.
Is there anything I can do to stop it, will it kill my fish and can anyother fish catch it?
Post information about your tank, and, particularly your water readings.
First, try doing a large water change. If the problem does not improve, or gets worse, then you will need to treat with antibiotics.
Do you have a hospital tank?
Can maracyn be used in a reef tank? All my regular readings are at zero, The fish does not seem to be stressed he is eatin and swimming fine. He is a fast little bugger. I am unable to catch him. so what kid of meds can I use?
Thanks for all your help. I greatly appreciate this

NO, definately not! You can not use antibiotics in a reef tank. Sorry I wasn't clearer. Nothing you can really do to treat a fish in your main tank. Antibiotics is the usually the treatment in this case, and you can't use antibiotics in your main tank.
I have tried to catch him .... but there are too many rocks and things. Will pop-eye kill him? Hes still picking and eating. He is breathing fine and fins are wide open. will this problem go away on its own?
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
