Porcupine Puffer healthy?

Hello, i have a healthy puffer but i recently found a thick white skin or something covering my puffers top tail and small piece on the left fin.
Like i said he is really healthy, eating a lot, swimming around at night and sleeping in the morning.
I don't know if its some skin disease that will eventually harm him so please tell me if he is healthy or not.
he is in a 75gallon tank
he is with.....
2 other puffers GSP (Green spotted puffer)
1 sea urchin
1 starfish
its been around 3 months now since i bought him.
currently i don't have a camera so i can't post any pictures but i will have one by the end of this week.

This is the picture of the tail that has some defection, infection, scar, or SOMETHING i dont' know what it is.. PLEASE TELL ME!!!

sometimes my GSPs get a lil bit of white stuff on their tails but i think its just the slime coat. and goes away after a few hours
