i got my porcupine puffer on Fri Feb 23rd and it has not ate. I have dried two diffrent kinds of frozen foods. The marine cusine and some frozen brime. It spends most of its time at the bottom of the tank hiding in the rocks. This morning he was laying on top of one of the rocks and was kind of purple from the top part. My other fishes are doing fine swimming around and eating so i don't know what the problem would be. If any one has any ideas please help. Thank you

you really shouldnt feed brine shrimpit has no nutritional value at all kinda like packing material. have you been feeding him hard shelled food to wear down his beak? if not his beak maybe over grown so he cant eat properly. try feeding him frozen krill. or if you can get them live saltwater feeder shrimp.

Please post what size tank you have, how long it's been set up and exact water parameters, salinity, ph, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, temp. Then we can go from there. Also how did you acclimate him and was it netted at all?
